Leprino - Cheese GRD Operator

Leprino, a global leader in the dairy food and ingredient industry, is seeking a Cheese GRD Operator to join our team in Roswell, NM. We are the world's largest mozzarella cheese supplier and a major provider of premium dairy nutrition ingredients, serving global clients including top food companies, restaurant chains, and distributors.

Responsibilities

1. Re-process cheese for incorporation with the cheese at the mixer line.
2. Maintain a clean environment, adhering to GMPs, SOPs, and all food safety and USDA regulations.
3. Perform basic mathematical functions and read/comprehend procedures.
4. Communicate effectively with various departments.
5. Stand, walk, lift, and push cheese for reprocessing.
6. Enter data accurately regarding feed rate and pallet number into the computer.
7. Perform CIP procedures and chemical dosing for cleaning equipment.
8. Adjust computer settings to facilitate the CIP process.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions safely.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Availability to work a 24/7 schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a minimum of 8.5 hours.
• Strong accuracy in completing work assignments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in humid, warm environments.

Benefits and Compensation
