Camp Lindenmere, a leading sleepaway camp located in the Poconos, is seeking a Ropes Course Facilitator. This individual will oversee Ropes and Ninja Warrior Programs, ensuring camper safety, team management, and program success. Ideal candidates have experience in climbing, ropes courses, and work well with youth in a camp environment.
Located on 200 acres in Pennsylvania’s beautiful Pocono Mountains, Camp Lindenmere is a private, coed sleepaway camp founded in 1935, for campers ranging in age from 7-17. Our multi-element, High Ropes Course offers challenges for every skill level. Beginners are able to focus on a single element, while more advanced climbers can take advantage of the circuit design where all our elements are linked together to form a true course, including a 400-foot Zipline. The combination of these elements gives Lindenmere one of the best Ropes Programs in camping.Our 25-foot and 50-foot, multi-faced climbing walls have multiple skill levels built-in, and includes a cargo net, overhangs, repelling station, varying rated climbing routes, and is connected to the rest of the course. It can be used as a starting point for the multi-element high ropes course or just for those campers that want to work on their climbing skills.Low elements include: Low & High “Up and Over” Walls; Nitro Swing; Grapevine Traverse; 3-Line Traverse; Train Tracks; Swinging Log; Spider Web, etc. We also have a brand new Ninja Warrior Course with 3 Warped Walls.

The Ropes Course Facilitator (Head of Ropes) will oversee the Ropes Course an Ninja Warrior Programs at Camp Lindenmere. The Ropes Course Facilitator will oversee a team of coaches and instructors.
