STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets.

STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.

Construction Duties Include:

• Re-pointing
• Caulking
• Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
• Brick demolition
• Brick installation
• Waterproofing

Our Ideal Candidate Must:

• Possess and maintain a valid SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 card
• Understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools
• Demonstrate the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
• Be willing to learn and grow as a team
• Be willing to take direction and feedback in a high-paced environment
• Provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites and be willing to occasionally travel to out-of-town projects
• Have OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card as a plus
• Follow and promote a Safety 24/7 culture and exhibit a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations

Earn between $50 - $65 per hour (based on experience) in addition to full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and vacation!
