Rope Access Technician Level III / NDT Level II MT PT UT VT

Acuren is seeking a qualified Rope Access Level III technician with NDT certifications for various operations across multiple locations including Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC, Kingsport TN, Augusta GA, and Orlando FL. This position involves travel and callouts, working in environments such as agriculture, chemical plants, pulp & paper, gas plants, refineries, and pharmaceutical facilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing specific work functions as per work orders
2. Utilizing relevant work techniques
3. Applying advanced rescue techniques
4. Demonstrating all skills and knowledge required of Level III
5. Assisting other technicians
6. Ensuring operational safety of all equipment

Requirements:

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 Certification
• Thorough understanding of rope access applications, theory, equipment, rigging, maneuvers, climbing, hauling, and rescue techniques
• Minimum of three years of experience as a SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician in industrial environments
• Current first aid certification
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adverse conditions
