Acuren is seeking experienced Rope Access Insulators for a 4-week industrial project in St. Charles, Louisiana, working on piping, vessels, and tanks using rope access techniques. The role requires comfort with heights, extended schedules, and heavy physical work.

Casual part-time engagement through our U.S. Workforce Deployment Team with potential for 5x10s (or 6x10s/7x10s) and a per diem for eligible residents 90+ miles from the site. Start date is November 9, 2026.

Formación

• Current SPRAT or IRATA Level I or II certification.
• Valid TWIC card - physical card in hand.
• Experience in industrial insulation, preferably in refineries or petrochemical facilities.
• Ability to safely work at heights using rope access equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial insulation materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
• Physically demanding work in an industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, remove, repair, and replace industrial insulation on piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment.
• Perform insulation work using rope access techniques and equipment.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install insulation materials per project specs.
• Install/remove metal jacketing, cladding, and protective coverings.
• Work with mineral wool, fiberglass, calcium silicate, and other insulation products.
• Rig, inspect, and use rope access equipment per procedures and certifications.
• Work in elevated, confined, and difficult areas following safety protocols.
• Coordinate with rope access supervisors and site leadership to complete work.
• Inspect insulation work for quality and compliance.
