Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a High Rise Window Cleaning Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Chicago, IL. The position involves exterior window cleaning on high-rise and mid-rise buildings using rope access, swing stages, and other approved suspended access equipment.

You will inspect and set up gear, follow site safety plans, clean glass and frames to company standards, and work with supervisors and teammates to plan assignments, document work, and communicate site conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-rise/exterior building services is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing and working at heights on ropes, scaffolds, and suspended platforms.
• Strong safety mindset with willingness to follow OSHA, company and site-specific safety procedures, including use of fall protection and PPE.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment related to rope access, rigging, and window cleaning systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship in cleaning windows, frames and building surfaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions and availability to work standard full-time hours, with occasional schedule flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities
