Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Good time management.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Clear communication skills.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move around the property.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Work as a team to maintain high cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily tasks and duties.
• Inspect guest rooms to meet quality standards.
• Hold staff to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Supervise and train staff on cleanliness.
• Assist with linen and supply inventories.
• Assist in performance evaluations.
• Distribute work and assign rooms.
• Coordinate with Front Desk staff.
• Report maintenance needs.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Arrange coverage for callouts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
