Shamin Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Richmond area locations. You will schedule room cleanings, inspect spaces, and coach staff to maintain the highest cleanliness standards while delivering guest-friendly service.

Formación

• Team-oriented hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule room cleaning assignments and ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Provide feedback to room attendants to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure supplies, PPE, and uniforms are available; enforce safety standards.
• Train staff on safety and incident reporting; conduct accident investigations.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed and monitor shift progress.
• Communicate maintenance needs and oversee quality control.

They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests.Essential Job Functions:• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.• Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.• Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards consistently.
