Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Provide feedback to housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and in good condition.
• Train staff on safety standards and enforce them.
• Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed (beds, vacuuming, cleaning).
• Track room status and update discrepancies throughout shifts.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties; manage heavy furniture as required.
• Notify maintenance of repairs and monitor cleanliness of exterior areas.

They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests.Essential Job Functions:Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping departmentEnsure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards consistently.
