Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Rooms Coordinator to join our team at the iconic Georgia World Congress Center. You’ll help deliver memorable stays by handling guest logistics with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival
• Coordinate group arrivals: Oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals for a seamless experience
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards
• Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction

With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta holds a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! As a Rooms Coordinator, you’re not just handling guest logistics – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
