Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team. The role emphasizes hospitality, cleanliness, and guest-focused service at our properties in the United States. The position supports a culture of development, inclusive workplace, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED. The job is tipped eligible, with daily Pay and a robust benefits package including health options, 401k, PTO, and more.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
