Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team at our Connecticut properties. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain clean rooms and public areas, and ensure guest comfort through meticulous housekeeping practices.

As part of a People-first culture, you will operate in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
