What will you do?

• Answer room service phones and take orders from guests; accurately enter orders into point-of-sale system
• Deliver orders to guests at their room, spa, or pool in a timely manner; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to all alcohol service policies
• Connect with guests after their order has been delivered to ensure it met their satisfaction
• Monitor and clear the room hallway for used dishes; ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties
• Operates motor vehicle as necessary

More about you

• At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing preferred
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid drivers license

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
