Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a room service server at Plaza San Antonio to stock, set up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guest rooms. You will anticipate guest needs with exceptional hospitality and maintain a clean, professional presence throughout shifts.

You should be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, with strong communication and teamwork. Prior experience helps but is not required; HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set-up, and deliver all food and beverage orders and amenities to guest rooms.

• Retrieve food and beverage trays to maintain a neat, sanitary environment.
• Know hotel services and menu items; answer guest questions accurately.
• Be an ambassador of the establishment with a neat, professional appearance.
• Listen to guest needs or concerns to ensure a quality experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The room service server will stock, set-up, and deliver all food and beverage orders and property amenities to guest rooms.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
• Retrieve all food and beverage trays from the floors to maintain a neat and sanitary appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all services provided within the hotel and all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Listen for and respond to customer needs, issues, or concerns to ensure a quality experience for all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
