Job summary

The Woodlands Resort in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Part-Time Room Service Operator to deliver excellent guest service by taking and processing room service orders with accuracy. You will answer calls, promote menu items, input orders into the POS, and ensure timely delivery, while resolving guest concerns with a positive approach.

This role requires knowledge of food and beverages, strong menu knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of all menu items and accompaniments.
• Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
• Ability to operate a keyboard to input Point of Sale procedures to pre-check, input order and close out the check.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
