Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Room Service Beverage Porter to restock and clean Mini bars in hotel rooms, delivering courteous, prompt service while interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction. You’ll support front desk requests, keep the work area tidy, and maintain daily/monthly rotation records.
A high school diploma or GED is required; no prior experience is needed, and eligibility for a Class B gaming license, a Food Handlers certificate, and a Tips certification
Restock and clean Mini bars in our Hotel Rooms in an efficient and timely manner. Display courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service while in contact with any guest to ensure the total satisfaction of our guests’ experience. Cooperate with and assist coworkers in achieving all goals of the department. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures of the department and Pechanga Resort and Casino, while striving to improve the overall standard of our operation and service. ACCOUNTABILITY: The Room Service Beverage Porter does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
