Job summary

Bardessono in Napa Valley is seeking a part-time Room Service Server to deliver food and beverage to hotel guests, both in-room and in the restaurant. You will ensure courteous, professional service and maintain knowledge of menus and service standards.

Set up orders, deliver promptly, and follow cashier procedures while keeping the room service area clean and stocked. Flexible shifts and team atmosphere encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative, able to work under pressure.

• In-office role with ability to work at a desk and in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables, stock service stations, and assist housekeeping as needed.
• Setup and refill coffee-to-go station; maintain area cleanliness.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing and delivering food orders.
• Provide room service in the in-room dining program with courteous, efficient service.
• Deliver orders to rooms within 20–30 minutes and follow brand standards.
