Kohler Co. is seeking a Room Service Attendant at The American Club to deliver food and beverages to guests, ensure presentation meets standards, and support guest satisfaction.

This part-time, onsite role in Kohler, WI runs 2pm–10pm on weekdays and weekends. A SafeServe certificate is required on hire; you must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be eligible to work in the US. Sign-on bonus $500 and an hourly rate of $10.10–$15.20 plus tips are offered.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction
• Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standards
• Accommodating guests’ special requests and concerns
• Maintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, safety practices, department specific procedures (i.e. amenities, timelines for delivery, table retrieval, hall sweeps)

This is Part-Time position working shifts between 2pm-10pm, weekdays and weekends.

The hourly range for this position is $10.10 - $15.20 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.Sign On Bonus payment structure is tiered, with payouts contingent on an associate's employment status and hours worked.
