Position Overview

This position involves cleaning guestrooms and public areas in the evening to meet B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. The attendant provides friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests, adhering to health regulations and Holiday Inn's high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

Schedule

3pm - 10:30pm with varying days off based on hotel occupancy.

Responsibilities
  1. Cleaning: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, fulfilling guest requests, and setting up additional beds or cribs.
  2. Laundry duties: Washing, drying, folding linens, and working with laundry equipment.
  3. Public Areas: Cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, and organizing public spaces.
  4. Guest Service: Ensuring guest satisfaction, responding to requests promptly, and contributing to team efforts.
  5. Safety/Risk Management: Maintaining a safe, clean work environment, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety procedures.
  6. Self-Management: Planning and prioritizing work, adhering to attendance and grooming standards, and attending meetings.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail, customer focus, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use a radio for communication.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Significant bending required.
