Job summary

Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO is seeking a Room Inspector for year-round full-time employment. You will inspect lodging facilities, train and coach housekeeping staff, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires at least two years of housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Springer-Miller SMS, Workday, and Microsoft Office. Local travel may be required and evenings/weekends are common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of related housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Experience with computer systems such as Springer-Miller SMS (SMS) and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches housekeeping staff in conjunction with supervisor.
• Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of rooms and facilities.
• Documents inspection results and corrects issues with staff.
• Ensures adherence to safety, OSHA, and sanitation standards.
• Performs room attendant duties when needed.
• Manages off-season deep cleaning tasks and communications with Front Desk.
