The Little Rock Marriott, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Room Inspector to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to direct cleaning procedures and ensure rooms are in excellent condition for guests, including weekends and holidays. Join a team that values service quality and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months housekeeping experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide direction on cleaning procedures with housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure rooms are in good condition and repairs are made promptly.
