This position involves cleaning guestrooms to meet B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group standards, providing friendly, courteous, and professional service, and adhering to health regulations. The role ensures high-quality standards to maximize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and ensuring amenities and supplies are available. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
  • Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and positive responses to requests. Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed. Follow guest service recovery protocols.
  • Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all regulations. Report maintenance issues and handle chemicals safely. Follow emergency procedures.
  • Self Management: Plan and prioritize work efficiently. Adhere to attendance, grooming, and work policies. Attend meetings and properly use equipment and supplies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
