Job description

Job Title: Room Attendant

The Lismore Hotel is currently hiring Room Attendants. A hotel room attendant's responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, as well as providing customer service. Our convention center hotel is located in downtown Eau Claire, less than a mile from Phoenix Park, Haas Fine Arts Center, and the Farmers Market. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Museum are within two miles. We offer a 24-hour fitness center, rooftop bar, and ECDC, a local coffee house.

Responsibilities:

1. Vacuum, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas
2. Change bed linens and towels, and make beds
3. Replace guest supplies, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and biscuits
4. Refill the mini-bar and add to the daily drinks bill
5. Report maintenance issues, such as broken light fixtures or air conditioners
6. Offer customer service and respond to guest inquiries
7. Collect dirty linen and deliver it to the laundry room
8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
