A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

1. Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
2. Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
3. Performing deep cleaning tasks when required.
4. Stocking, maintaining, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily.
5. Disposing of trash and recyclables properly.
6. Responding promptly, courteously, and efficiently to guest requests.
7. Performing guest turn-down service as needed.
