The Post Oak in Galveston is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms in their assigned area, ensuring readiness for guest arrival and high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, changing bed linens, and reporting any repairs needed, while delivering courteous service and attentive guest interactions that support a positive hotel experience.

• Prior experience as a Room Attendant.

• Quickly and efficiently cleans guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance.
• Performs tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and any other cleaning procedures necessary.
• Provides a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
• Checks rooms and notes repair needs prior to releasing room for future occupancy (doesn’t release deficient rooms).
