Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our Seattle, WA team. This role delivers sparkling guestrooms and public areas, upholding our service culture and commitment to guest satisfaction.

You'll work in a fast-paced hotel environment, maintain cleanliness to brand standards, and collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Tipped eligible, with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized per standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linens, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues and drinking glasses; report missing items per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
