Description

The Wayfarer San Diego is looking for a dynamic, Part-Time Room Attendant to join the team! The room attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned while complying with company standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Pacifica’s Pure Stay guidelines to ensure health, safety, and guest comfort.
• Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Clean guest rooms to company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down walls.
• Complete cleaning within the established minutes-per-room guideline.
• Follow company policy for room amenities.
• Return all items left in guest rooms to the manager immediately.
• Maintain security of the master room key and return it at the end of the shift.
• Never leave the property with the key.
• Report any maintenance issues needing immediate attention.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
• Report missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Support other team members and departments to ensure overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.
