Schulte Hospitality Group in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our service-focused team. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to our standards, stock supplies, and ensure guest comfort throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to standards.

• Know hotel property, services, and operating hours.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
