Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at one of our properties in Jacksonville, Florida. We are a hospitality-focused company dedicated to delivering authentic, guest-first service.

You will clean rooms and public areas, stock linens and amenities, follow safety procedures, and assist with guest needs, while supporting a culture that values development, inclusivity and a flexible, rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues and amenities.
• Identify items guests left behind and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
