Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant to create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experience. You will clean and service rooms to brand standards and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and employment is contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service hotel guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Replace towels, toiletries, and bathroom amenities
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Empty trash and remove debris
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and common spaces
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues
• Update room status with supervisors and management
• Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies at the end of each shift
