Job Title: Room Attendant at Larkspur Landing

Join StepStone Hospitality as a Room Attendant and be a vital part of our team dedicated to guest satisfaction. We are looking for a professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to meet hotel standards
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas
  • Report maintenance issues or damages
  • Restock housekeeping supplies
  • Follow safety procedures and use chemicals properly
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
