Overview

The Room Attendant maintains clean and attractive guestrooms, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
  2. Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup.
  3. Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
  4. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
  5. Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
  6. Replenish chemical bottles.
  7. Report missing items and maintenance issues promptly.
  8. Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
  9. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  3. Ability to stand throughout the shift.
