Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day — creating a relaxing haven or a productive space for last-minute work.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure rooms meet our high standards and are memorable for guests.
2. Assist guests with needs such as toiletries or directions.
3. Update your supervisor on room status and report repairs.
4. Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
5. Manage supplies efficiently, minimizing waste.
6. Reunite lost items with owners and log found property.
7. Maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
8. Perform ad-hoc duties as needed, including deep cleaning or turndown services.
9. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure quality service.
10. Support team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
