Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI seeks a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will perform linen changes, bathrooms cleaning, and stock amenities, while reporting maintenance issues and assisting guests with requests. This role offers flexible shifts (mostly mornings, weekends and holidays) and a team-driven atmosphere in a premier lakeside resort.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to established standards (linen changes, vacuuming, dusting).
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including restocking towels and amenities.
• Replenish guest room supplies to maintain brand standards.
• Report maintenance issues and needed repairs promptly.
• Turn in lost and found items according to procedure.
• Update room status as cleaning is completed.
• Maintain organized storage areas and return equipment after use.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate feedback to leadership.
