Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to create a clean, orderly environment for guests. You will perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, and maintain equipment, while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Prior housekeeping or general cleaning experience.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restocks supplies and maintains a clean, organized cart.
• Reports maintenance issues and hazards to supervisors.
• Communicates with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conserves energy by managing shades/heating in unoccupied rooms.

Housekeepers ensure are responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, which may include: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting.
