Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and common areas. You will make beds, dust, vacuum, disinfect baths, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues while greeting guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Prior housekeeping or general cleaning experience.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, replacing supplies.
• Restocks supplies and prepares rooms for guests.
• Maintains a stocked, organized, and clean cart with sufficient supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues and communicates with guests in a professional manner.

Housekeepers ensure are responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, which may include: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting.
