HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms and ensure they meet established standards. The role includes greeting guests warmly, cleaning rooms to standard within timeframes, and restocking amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
