Opportunity: Room Attendant
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards.

Growth Path: Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
• Handle guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during peak times or staffing shortages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
