Job summary

Ambiente Sedona is seeking a housekeeping professional to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas in our landscape hotel in Sedona, AZ. You will strip and clean units, assist guests with information, and work with a LEAN culture to continuously improve service quality.

You will collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences, adhere to safety guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming, spotless environment for guests visiting our property.

Qualifications

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Complete a variety of housekeeping duties while providing outstanding, informative, and friendly guest service.
• Strip and clean entire units, inside and outside including but not limited to Atrium bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and decks.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties across guest rooms and public areas.
• Strip and clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets and decks.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean, organized and welcoming for visitors.
• Assist team members to maintain clean and efficient operations.
• Lift and move heavy items as required and adhere to safety protocols.
