Your Growth Path

Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus

1. Greet guests warmly and courteously.
2. Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
3. Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
4. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
5. Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
6. Handle guest items left in rooms following the lost and found policy.
7. Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
8. Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during staff shortages or peak periods.
9. Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
10. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
3. Proficiency in English communication.

Work Environment and Conditions
