HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards. You will greet guests warmly, clean rooms to standards, and help with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience and can communicate in English. The role may require shifts that include holidays and weekends, with benefits supporting health, time off, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to established standards within allotted time using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment per MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be mindful of guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve overall service.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Focus

• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.
