Job Description:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and surrounding corridors.
• Courteously and pleasantly respond to guest needs and requests to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.
• Assist team members when needed, living our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy.
• Promote and engage in internal growth programs.
• Meet/exceed company goals and metrics.
• Adhere to all company and property-specific brand standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, report deficiencies, and out-of-order equipment.
• Make beds, pick up trash, clean mirrors, shelves, doorframes, furniture, dust fixtures, windowsills, baseboards, and arrange furniture.
• Deep clean one room daily and clean bathrooms thoroughly.
• Disinfect bathroom surfaces and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways.
• Report room status and discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal hygiene.
• Know fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure security of guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
