Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and halls, and vacuuming.
• Unload and load housekeeping carts with supplies, replace cleaning supplies, and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding room status, work progress, and guest requests.
• Record and manage lost & found items, keep carts clean and stocked, and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all assigned duties, including cross-training, within recognized time frames, meeting brand standards for cleaning times.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and behave respectfully to promote teamwork.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs frequently, with a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk up to two miles daily on various surfaces.
• Reach, push, and pull, with maximum weights specified.
• Work in environments with fumes, chemicals, vibrations, humidity, cold, heat, dust, and noise, adhering to safety standards.

• Good communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior housekeeping experience is helpful; a criminal background check is required.
