Job summary

South Seas Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks Room Attendants for temporary, full-time seasonal roles under the H-2B program. You will clean and service guest accommodations to Pyramid standards, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

These positions require physical stamina, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $21.00 per hour, with proper background checks and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest accommodations and areas according to company standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, patios, and other assigned areas.
• Remove trash, used linens, and debris.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply areas.
• Inspect accommodations and report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or missing items.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Respond professionally to guest requests as needed.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures.

Position Overview

South Seas Resort is seeking Room Attendants for temporary, full-time seasonal positions through the H-2B program.

Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, condominiums, villas, cottages, suites, and resort homes according to South Seas standards. This position requires efficient, thorough cleaning in a fast-paced resort environment while ensuring accommodations are clean, safe, organized, and properly prepared for guests and owners.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and move mattresses or reposition furniture as required.

Position is scheduled for approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Normal shift is 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Workdays and shift times may vary based on business levels and occupancy. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

A criminal background check must be successfully completed prior to the start of employment.

This temporary position is subject to the terms and conditions of the approved H-2B job order.
