Overview

This role involves cleaning and supplying all assigned guest rooms with care for guest belongings. Stock each room with supplies to ensure guests have everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities
  1. Know your job: Complete training, understand property standards (SSI), room types, and clarify expectations during pre-shift.
  2. Be on time: Follow schedule, attendance guidelines, and uniform standards; clock in/out properly.
  3. Be on stage: Maintain a friendly attitude, adhere to appearance standards, use proper communication and guest room entry procedures.
  4. Serve: Interact professionally with guests and colleagues, embodying the company’s service culture, “The Keys to Making it Right.”
  5. Work smart: Use instructions and tools efficiently, complete cleaning promptly while maintaining quality standards, and ensure rooms meet SSI standards before inspection.
  6. Use your tools: Set up carts properly, utilize checklists, and complete assignment sheets for supervisor review.
  7. Measure up: Produce clean, quality guest rooms efficiently.
  8. Respect the space: Keep work areas organized and report deficiencies promptly.
  9. Be safe: Report unsafe conditions, support a positive work environment, and carry out responsibilities professionally.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
