Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with essentials like soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Identify and report items left behind by guests following hotel lost and found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
