Job Overview

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to join Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor and its team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
  2. Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
  3. Follow all safety and security procedures mandated by the hotel.
  4. Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surrounding area.
  5. Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
  6. Identify and report guest items left behind, following hotel’s lost and found procedures.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
