The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring safety

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to high standards
• Respond courteously to guest requests to enhance their stay
• Assist hotel team and adapt to company culture, ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.
• If needed, deep-clean rooms and report maintenance issues
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel assets
• Keep work area, uniform, and personal grooming clean and professional
• Follow fire alarm and evacuation procedures and safety guidelines
• Support other duties as assigned by management
