The role emphasizes adherence to brand standards, flexible scheduling, and maintaining a neat work area while ensuring guest safety and comfort across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing personality and be able to work with diverse teams.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate hotel operations.
• Honesty, integrity, and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours and tolerate a restricted space.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and surrounding corridors.
• Respond courteously to guest needs to ensure a comfortable stay.

• Follow brand standards and report issues to maintenance promptly.
• Maintain clean, neat work area, uniform, and professional appearance.
• Know fire alarm and evacuation procedures; ensure guest safety.
