Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with flexible availability including mornings and weekends.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and hallways per standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies; refresh rooms.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and readiness.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage closets, and workspaces.
• Report issues, lost items, safety concerns, and room status promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and service needs.
• Follow sanitation, chemical handling, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with deep cleaning, inspections, VIP arrivals as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering.
• Contribute to clean, welcoming spaces aligned with Sonesta culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
